Counselling for Parents & Guardians

We understand that being a parent or guardian  can be one of the hardest jobs in the world at times – our counselling for parent’s & guardian’s service gives you the time and space to feel emotionally supported when they need it most. From helping to work through emotional family challenges to tackling mental and emotional well-being impacting on family life.

What is Parent Counselling?

Counselling for parents provides a safe space for you to talk about what’s on your mind and about any difficulties you may be facing – whether this is as a result of what your child is going through and the emotional impact on you as parent or if your own emotional well-being is in need of support to help you and your family stay on track. The Counsellor will help you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a friendly and non-judgemental way. Counselling can help you to build an internal ‘toolbox’ of awareness, understanding and strategies to support your future mental health and emotional well-being.
