How to hold a Winter cake sale & tea party!
Ever thought about holding a cake sale or tea party to support YPI Counselling? We’ve put together a step by step guide to help you plan your cosy Winter sale.
- Create a plan: Decide on the date and time for the cake sale, as well as the location where it will take place.
- Choose a team: Select a team of people who will be responsible for organizing and running the event.
- Advertise: Promote the event internally within the company, using email, bulletin boards, or other methods of communication.
- Coordinate with bakers: Reach out to local bakeries or individuals who would be willing to provide cakes for the sale. You can also ask employees to contribute their own baked goods.
- Set prices: Decide on prices for the cakes that will be sold, and make sure to include information about the prices on advertising materials.
- Coordinate the day of the sale: Make sure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the sale, including setting up the location, arranging the cakes, and handling the money.
- Follow up: After the sale, make sure to thank the bakers and volunteers, and evaluate the event to see what can be improved for future events.
